Hokkaido miso ramen near Imperial Palace: rich and savory flavor, making it a comforting dish, especially in cold climates.

Sapporo Ramen Dosanko

A miso ramen with a 50-year history, operating nationwide in Japan. The name “Dosanko”(どさん子)” signifies its origins in Hokkaido.

The rich and flavorful soup is made by blending Sapporo’s red miso with optional chili pepper(七味:shitimi), Sichuan pepper(山椒:sansho), and other seasonings. It uses thick, curly noodles known as Dosanmen, which pair perfectly with the hearty miso soup. The taste is so addictive that you’ll want to enjoy it again and again, especially during the winter season when it becomes even more satisfying.

In recent years, they have expanded their menu to include not only miso but also soy sauce and salt-based ramen, showcasing flavors unique to Hokkaido.
